2014 was the year of the relaunch of Lactacyd, we worked hard to design and implement a 9-month engagement plan for consumers: a structured, multitarget and multi-channel approach, full of initiatives, which touched all the aspects of Brand communication from the digital universe to the touch point. Now we can not talk more about consumers but about Brand Lovers!
